- Payment for goods and delivery charges
Trute Fashion can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website.
All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by either
credit or debit cards. Trute Fashion will not accept any other form of payment.
All transactions are completed on a secure server and Trute Fashion process all
card transactions in store. Delivery charges are stated at the time of order
Trute Fashion will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us
for delivery at the time you make your order. We will endeavour to deliver your
goods within 2-3 working days (UK Addresses only) after your order is accepted
and in any event within [30] days of your order. You will become the owner of
the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods
have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not
be liable for their loss or destruction. The cost of delivery for shipments
that do not exceed 5kgs will be £6.50 for all UK addresses. For shipments in
excess of 5kgs and for shipments to non UK addresses our delivery charges are
set out in our website.
- Prices
Prices are as stated on the website. All prices are in GBP (Pound Sterling) and
VAT (17.5%) inclusive. Trute Fashion reserves the right to amend prices on the
site at any time.
- Trute Fashions Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Trute Fashion's
liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the
transaction. Trute Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential,
or special losses even if Trute Fashion has previously been advised of the
likelihood of such losses.
- Availability of the Website and Goods
Trute Fashion will endeavour to ensure that the website does not have any
problems regarding stock control and that the goods displayed are available.
However we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods
on the site are in stock or available.
- Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by Trute
Fashion. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property
rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or
transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product
names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of
their owners.
- Returns and Exchange
Trute Fashion are confident that you will be satisfied with any item that you
purchase although we are happy to exchange, or refund mail/web ordered goods.
This aggreement is provided the goods are returned to us with proof of purchase
within 14 days (21 on international orders) in a saleable condition with all
swing tags attached. Please let us know by email at sales@trutefashion.co.uk
before you proceed with return of goods for any reason.
Trute Fashion cannot accept responibility for loss or damage to returned goods
whilst in transit. In the event of a fault the goods may be returneed to the
manufacturer. If you do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use
a trackable system such as royalmail recorded delivery or courier service. If
you have any problems with any item and it fails to reach the high standard you
would expect then you should return them to us so that we can replace them.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

- Size exchanges
Size exchanges are subjected to stock availability and we have a limited
quantity of our products. Please check size chart on website before ordering.
If we are unable to fulfil your exchange request, you will receive credit in
your account. We are unable to process any exchange requests for a completely
different item. Please note that we cannot refund postage and packaging if the
wrong size is ordered.
- Trute Fashion Warranties
Trute Fashion is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods
provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of
satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended
by the Sale & Supply of Goods Act 1994.
- Privacy Policy
All the information you provide to Trute Fashion including your email address,
delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential.
As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with
anyone and in absolutly no circumstances will we sell or provide confidential
information to another organisation. Trute Fashion acknowledges that it is
bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your
details to any third party without your written consent.
- Right to alter Terms and Conditions
Trute Fashion does reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without
notice. This is due to the constant updates of the current website and the fact
that the terms and conditions may change from time to time.
- Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and by using the trute
fashion.co.uk ; you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of England.
